Felt like doing an Omnitrix DNA sample of the Limax species featured in "Permanent Retirement". Wasn't too sure if I should've added clothes or not, so I did two different versions just to see how they'd look together. I feel as though he'd probably more useful without the pants, that way he could change shape easier, but I thought it'd still be fun to see him in a uniform.ΒRelated content

I bet CN will have somesort of plan for the Limax soon, because I think there are still some of what's left of the giant one left, back on Earth that is. We might get a Movie based on it! Kinda like Body Snatchers from Outer Space, but Ben 10 like.

I really wished the explored more with the "Limax Wars" (I believe) DJW stated took place later on in Ben's adult life and explained Grandpa Max's robotic replacement arm.Β

Thanks! And I felt the same way, but I've always liked giving aliens "suits" n' such. I've always thought they made the character design really interesting. But, you're right, I mean that'd be like giving Goop and uniform. It'd really constrict his physiology and wouldn't work.

I think that the suits are needed only when the anatomy calls for it. Heatblast would of burned it off, Wildmutt is a dog-like alien and doesn't need one, Ghostfreak had an organic sun proof skin, Wildvine is capable of regeneration but a suit on him wouldn't be, and Way Big is huge alien, he would need a lot of fabric to cover him.
This also swings the other way, some aliens are in need of suits, like the aliens in Alien Force, them being nude always weirded me out and I'm glad Omniverse fixed that.

I agree with that, though I do like what they did do with those aliens in terms of "uniforms" (Wildmutt's a canid, so he has an Omnitrix collar, Ghostfreak wore chains, probably to keep the skin on, and Wildvine's minimal belt I THINK grew back with his body). Adds a bit of characterization if anything.

Ghostfreak's chains were a reference to the original Ghostfreak's (Z'Skayrr) escape from the Omnitrix. The chains shackle the 'consciousness that persists in even a single strand of DNA' and prevent a repeat event.

Exactly, the right suit for an alien can take it from the level "meh" to "pretty cool", you just have to know what elementsΒ to add to work with what type of alien it is.

So true. I have a ton of fan aliens I've designed over the years, many of which I gave an Omniverse makeover (if they weren't already designed post-Omniverse). A few of them took a couple tries before I was happy with their 'outfit', others stayed primarily the same.

Have you taken time to evaluate as to why that may happen? It could be the fact when you ask someone to do something you want to see from them, it tends to make them not so eager to fulfill your wishes.
Now don't get me wrong, I enjoy the support, and I do appreciate the time you take out of your day to view my gallery and would like to see more from it, but please be courteous to the artist when asking for something. I've informed you I was going to do rebooted versions of those aliens a while ago, but they'll be shown in due time. Art takes time, effort, and a lot of resources in order to pull something through. If I were to just rush and get something done as quick as could be and put no thought into it, it would turn out sloppy and would look bad on my part. I actually enjoy what I do, so that means it takes a while to put something out there.Β

Well, I mean you do sorta ask about the reboot designs a lot, even on things that don't relate to the reboot designs. I typically do this stuff when I want, or when I actually have time to make designs, time which I haven't had recently to really think of designs that could be interesting. Β The story follows a High School freshman and his four friends that live in a town infested with strange things, mainly demons that appear to be coming from out of nowhere. With their Anti-demon Task Force (or ADTF for short) helpless to fight off against the hellish beasts, it shows that the town may be overrun.
One freak accident kills our main character and his soul is taken to a purgatory-like realm, where the Grim Reaper himself resides. Form this, The Reaper informs our protagonist that since he was killed accidentally, has a choice: Let his soul wander aimlessly though the purgatory, or return to the land of the living. Our main character chooses the ladder, but unbeknownst to him there's a catch to the Reaper's promise. Once he returns, his soul is then corrupted by a demonic soul, courtesy of the Reaper himself.Β
Upon awakening, our main character finds that he was not completely tuned into a demon, but has acquired powers from the evil soul. With these new powers, he decided he was going to fight against the demons that plagued is tow, and with his four friends equipping themselves with their own high-tech weaponry, they too would aid him in his fight against the filth that rampages through the city.Β
