Description
This is an original character for a Mutants & Masterminds superhero world. Hollowpoint is a mercenary and assassin for hire, specializing in jobs that require facing down superheroes. Hollowpoint does not kill anyone who is not part of the contract, and he does not take contracts to kill superheroes directly. (He has a few times in the past, and it did not turn out well).Imagine you are an assassin in a superhero world. Say you live in the Marvel universe, for example. Now lets say you successfully manage to assassinate a major superhero. Someone like Tony Stark. (Difficult enough to do; luck seems to love that guy).
Then Black Widow finds you.
....Or Thor.
....Or the Hulk.
Best just not to go there

I almost get the feeling like he's intended to be an OC answer to "someone who never misses" like Deadshot or Bullseye, at least the vibe I pick up from his design.
