The glowing effects on the attack that lugia is charging though...i'm an artist in the making, having recently acquired a temporary art tablet, but damn, i need to know how you made those effects, it looks so good! This whole picture is just amazing! 8D

144 favourites (before mine) and yet barely anyone has had the decency to leave a comment about it.
First and foremost, for a one hour picture this is phenomenal! Obviously very skilled at art to come up with a full colour piece like this in such a short space of time. Very well done!!
Secondly, it is very difficult to get Lugia to look right with the correct anatomy, lots of people draw overly stylised versions of Lugia but I love this for the fact that it looks more like the official Lugia than most! His face is particularly good and Lugia-like!
Seriously this is one of my new favourite pictures!!
