That burn hole may render a spell useless...

I just read a page of a manuscript that an acolyte,in a fit of sanity, attempted to destroy in a fire. The others, were quick in (1) pulling the book from the fire, and (2) KILLING the offender. Some pages were ruined beyond use, while the others bore severe but repairable damage.
You'll find this in FurAffinity.

Nice page! I assume though, for the picture of Yog-Sothoth, you are referring to the burned hole (which is not a bad likeness, actually) rather than the drawing, which represents in this dimension Cthulhu (whom Lovecraft told us was only a cousin to the Great Old Ones).

Yog-Sothoth is the guardian between worlds, and he alone holds the key.

Lovecraft's work is amazing. I have read most of his stuff. I think you did a great job capturing something from the Mad Arab's book!!

Now to translate it and bring the Yog-Sothoth to this Sphere.

I'd be crazy too if evil, alien demon mollusks, told me to kill everyone and turn their remains into ink and pages to make a forbidden grimoire.

I think I would have fun with it. I'd make clothes out of what I didn't use in the book.

I can't remember his name but he was an arab and he was insane..
In reality it doesn't exist ..all we have are the fragments..
Lovecraft didn't want it written since it would remove much of the mystery shrouding the dreaded Necronomicon

You think the only way it could exist physically was through dreams?

Just like reading my CORRUPTING BOOK will physically age you in doing so. The SOMA formulae within ,if used correctly, will tangle the very threads of life ! So awful is this book, that it was banished from reality,to the realm of dream. Now Amy Gdala, the DreaMistress, has winkled it back to existence.
Where is the hero to return it to dream ???

If I had a daughter, she might become impregnated by Yog-Sothoth and produce mutant human-Elder God offspring, but I have no daughters so I doubt that will happen...

Not THAT Necronomicon. Completely different books. The AOD Necronomicon was a book which called forth demons and gave power to the devil. It was supposedly written in the Middle Ages by a dark Necromancer.
The Lovecraftian Necronomicon, on the other hand, was the account of the Mad Arab Abdul Alzhared of Sanaa, Yemen. It was originally titled. Al Azif.
