This is a picture for a collab project with called 'Alverdale Tangle'. It is of my characters, Esmerelda (in blue) and Miranda Alverton (in green). They are the beautiful daughters of the infamous Duke of Alverdale. Esmerelda, is the great beauty, but suffers greatly for being her father's favourite- Miranda (who plays a more major role in my novel 'The Hat Trick Detective') plays only a minor role in this story.Their poses were inspired by 'The Basket of Roses' by Christobal de Antonio media-cache-ec0.pinimg.com/236…

Oh beautiful! I love the colours, they're so vibrant and fresh, the purple of the parasol especially, I also love how they do look like sisters but have subtle differences in their features, and Esmerelda's hat is impressive XD i love how she's demurely carrying the posey of flowers. Miranda looks kind of sad awww, she's like "come on, lets go" *drags on arm*

I'm pleased you like it hon- and I'm relieved they look like sisters! lol. Esmerelda's always the one to give the direct, bold, flirty look at the viewer where as Miranda's more shy in this version of the story, so I think you summed up their different expressions perfectly!

Great colourscheme! I love the lively, vibrant feel of the greens. Also there is a fascinating sense of mystery about their faces!
