I'm going to lay it out here...I am new to Hetalia and shtuff like that. I am not a fan, (For the most part I don't understand the show enough to watch it a lot) Could someone explain him to me?
Anywho, this was drawn for because nobody gave her their gift for secret santa.
Also I kinda wanted to draw these guys.

I've tried watching Hetalia. I can barely keep up, but I enjoy it XD Not much of a fan though.

to me, his one hand looks maybe a little large. if you want to fix it, i'd go to "edit" then go down to "free transform" after you've selected whatever you want to make bigger, make smaller, tilt, etc. but anyway i loved itt

just look up some tutorials and get yourself in the mood for drawing, and then just start drawing and see where you go with it. the problem with me is that i've always had whatever i was drawing on tilted to the left, and since i've gotten accustommed to that view, it like messed up what it would look like for a regular person looking at it. but now i've been keeping myself from not doing that. so maybe that's your problem? also, the book "Drawing People" by Barbara Bradley helped me. it only briefs on anatomy, but gives a lot towards movement of the body and poses and the construction of folds. if you can find a barnes&noble, then it should be in the Art books--at least that's where i found it.

I'm always never sure if I'm watching the right Hetalia (if there are more than one) whenever I see fan art, but there are female countries in it.

There's Belgium, Hungary, Liechtenstein, Taiwan, and Ukraine. I think there's more, but not entirely sure... But yea there are a ton more males so I see what you're saying. That doesn't necessarily mean it's sexist though

Lol Well that's all I got. Honestly, I'm not a huge fan of Hetalia, but I still think you should watch at least a couple more episodes ^^ I may not be really into it, but it's still one of the more hilarious animes I've seen lol xD
I think one glaring thing that bugs me about Hetalia, is the HUGE yaoi fanbase ._.
