She reminds me of the GTA girls more so from Vice city or San Andreas. You should experiment with low res and scanlines, it would have that real sega genesis look

Well, its sunny, so I thought using gold/yellows would be appropriate, and also bouncing her mostly bright yellow figure off of the bluish/green background would give nice contrast.
