Edit: ugh you people have no sense of humor at all. I know it's tough and I know it's not all combat. There's those moments when nothing happens whatsoever and you have to find your own entertainment. Believe me, my dad was a vietnam vet, I could tell you any number of things he's done while not fighting. And they weren't smart either.

Watching that video, I can tell you how that probably went... the victim of the prank would say: "AHHHH!!! WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU MAN!?! Ooh... hey... let's see if we can get the corporal down the hall!"
For most soldiers in the field, that sort of interaction... the occasional prank, and the like, that helps keep everything civilized... it reminds us of our humanity, and most importantly, our home... the people that make the biggest deal about pranks, and jokes, and take the highest offense, are usually the people at home that are not there, and don't understand.

I got out of the army before 3 months and be sure, I wasted also tax money if thats how you want to look at it.
I would seriously think twice about saying something cruel as you did and give them the full credit for putting their soul at stake.
If you give 10 Mins of a 21yr olds life a shot at your "Tax Money" then you got some messed up prioritys in my view

oooof course this camo was used nearly 6 years ago and that rifle isnt even issued.. you dont get an m-16 a2 (the rifle that is) unless you are a recruit or your unit is lacking in the tax dollars.. still a finny pic. My question is what is the Chairforce doing with a rifle any way?

no... thats Airforce chevrons there buddy. and both army and MARINES have phased out that issue of camo. i THINK i know what i'm talking about.. after all i'm only a Lance Corporal of Marines. Even if that was current.. the fact he is USAF means there is no way in hell he would be given an A2 being that the Airforce is now using the m4 a1 as its rifle and have long sense phased out the m-16, Hell they got the rifle FIRST before the Army and Marines

yes.. 5 years or more ago when they where still using the older camo as i said.. as for security forces in the air force using the weapon, i was simply stating its an older picture, not currently, as my above response had stated.
