Hmm.. I can't really remember the shutter speed here, but I think it was about 14 sec.
I don't see that as a long shutter speed though

14 SEC is long enough to be called long exposure or shutter.. Hehe... Sadly Singapore hardly has such view.. Urban Jungle out here. Ur gallery is awesome !! Alot of creativity..
