You may want to try GIMP it's a bit like Photoshop with less features and it's free. ^_^

Ditto, James is a first-class jerk. I can't believe this is done in paint! If you get the chance, ask for a tablet (a wacom one) and Painter for your birthday or something. You'll wonder how you lived without it.
The eyes are a bit big and the left arm looks oddly thin, but it's hard to pick at anatomy when you're doing a job like this in Paint.

Look up WACOM tablet online and you can read up on them. They're basically a litle screen you set on the table or your lap, and when you draw on the screen with a special, pressure-sensitive pen, it draws on your computer screen. It's a great thing you should look into!
