Beautiful pieces of art!!!!
But I hope you won't mind me adding my two cents on the Tengwar--
The singular character for the "E" isn't needed. As it is a vowel, it gets simplified into just a diacritic above the previous consonant.
The E and A on their own: sta.sh/01a60tny86ks
The E and A with the F included: sta.sh/01mig5g0hya5
The S at the end is also upside down. The way you have it written is actually of the Sindarin format of writing. <: (In Quenya what you have is correct when it's followed by a vowel)
What I believe to be the correct Tengwar: sta.sh/0y01gzvahe1
--- Aside from that, flawless piece! ♥ ♥ ♥

Awwwww this looks so great~ I LOVE YOUR ART
About writting "Fëanorians" in tengwar, oh yes I can see the difficulty with the pairs of voyels. You have to add a carrier to carry one of the two voyels (when it's not a diphtong, like ui, oi, ai...)
- For "ëa": The "ë" is a long "e" sound so that you are obliged to add a long carrier and you write the "e" voyel symbol over it. you then write the "a" over the following tengwa, aka numen.
- For "ia": You use a short carrier for the "i" and the "a" is written over the following tengwa, aka the numen tengwa.
This is while using the Sindarin Tengwar mode.
Since Fëanorians are Noldor, I was wondering whether their name should rather be written in the Quenya tengwar writting mode. I tried it too ^^
Hope this helps ^^

Thank you dearest, and while I will NEVER fully understand these languages, I am so glad you tried to help me with it! <3
So, does the quenya always carry the vowels? Or only if they stand next to each other? Im sorry, I must be slow today...

Haha I was quite nerd some time ago when I spent some time learning to write Elvish in Tengwar ^^
In Quenya, voyels are always written above tengwar (i.e. consonant symbols), using the tiny signs called tehtar.
Whereas in Sindarin, several different modes exist. Here I used a mode in which, similarly to Quenya, voyels are written with tehtar above the tengwar (I prefer that mode, I find it more aesthetic)
That being said, in Quenya the tehtar are read as though they followed the tengwa that they are written above.
Whereas in Sindarin, the tehtar are read as though they preceeded the tengwa that they are written above.
Special symbols can be added for voyels when they can't be written above regular consonant tengwar.
1) - When the voyel sound is a long sound, you must write a long carrier, and the corresponding voyel tehta above it (here for the "ë" sound in Fëanor, I wrote a long carrier and above it the tehta for "e")
2) - When two voyels follow each other and are not in a diphtong, e.g. for "ea", "ae", "oe", you must use a short carrier for one of the two voyels and the other is written above a tengwa. Which is doing which depends on whether you are writting Quenya or Sindarin.
Here, for "ia":
*In Sindarin, the first voyel, "i", is written above a short carrier, and the second voyel, "a" is written above the tengwa it preceeds, aka Numen, for sound "n".
*In Quenya, the first voyel, "i", is written above the tengwa it follows, aka. Romen for sound "r", and the second voyel, "a", is written above a short carrier.
Hope this helps a little <3
I read that very very useful tutorial for writting in Tengwar. If you're in the mood for it, you can check it ^^
