Lately SEGA has been reducing Tails' role to merely a mechanic, but he's just as capable as Sonic at fighting and running through stages.Here's Tails actually getting into the action, something SEGA hasn't been letting him do lately.

If this year's game is going to be good, then they need to start focusing on other characters again. They did say that they were going to have it like the franchise's heyday.

True. SEGA now, only want to show Sonic. I see in a recent interview and they said that the focus now is Sonic only. Other characters will appear only in games spin-offs.

I know that feel. Seems to be a common feeling amongst a lot of Tails fans. One of my favorite fanfics goes pretty deeply with this.

Yeah, I agree. Its certainly less... Passionate outside of it, and the fanbase in general.
Boom is a step up in making Sonic's friends matter more in spite of its misgivings. If only we can get the positive aspects of that in the main SEGA canon, and put some actual effort in giving Sonic a face, and a world to live in for once.
