It looks fucking horrible. I cant put my finger on what exactly sucks, but I know its there. Im just not good enough to know whats wrong with it.Idk, feel tree to tell my what you think.

I don't quite see what the issue is. I'll have to spend a few hours looking at it to spot your main problem, but all I can think of is if the lines were more solid that would make the character and image pop.

Yeah, the lines are definately horrible. I scanned in pencil linework and edited it in photoshop, probably messed up there. Or the linework just sucked. I think the background takes too much attention away from neppy, I should lower the contrast and desaturate the couch next time.

I'll help you do some line work with your image in photoshop so you can get an image that is 50x better. The colors are good base colors, and you can go from there whether you want a cell shaded look or a more smooth shadow look, I think the colors are very good.
