I know, it has such a simplistic design. It will evolve into a bee with windmill shape.
Honbee : Honey+Bee
Mitsuguruma : Mitsu(honey)+Kazaguruma(windmill)/kuruma(wheel)

Honest opinion. besides the obvious cuteness, i feel like it's a little too simplistic. Other than the extra pair of wings, there really isn't that much that sets him apart from any other bee. You have left a lot of room for a lot of creative things to be done.
Things to think about: What does this do? other than battling and being cute, how does he survive in his environment? (think about how combee was based on the idea of a beehive, while beedrill was designed to sting. what else do bees do?) You claim that his evolution is based on a windmill, so does this guy have an object he is based on? (maybe a pinwheel!)
Now as for the asthetics, you did a great job of making a very balanced, soft, organic design which, i'll admit, I am not capable of doing, that gives the simple design a lot of character.
I hope you don't think I'm trying to insult you, but I think everyone is agreeing that the little guy is cute, and I wanted to talk about the other things. I am looking forward to seeing his evolved form. Congratulations on your new watcher!

Well, actually I like long critique about everything than "this thing sucks", so thank you for writing all of that text. I know it's too simple, but I couldn't help because I think I have too much 'complicated'-looking basic stages, and I think I need more simple designs.
About how it survives, it probably like a simple bee, collecting nectar and honey from flowers. It also has 2 pairs of wings, those wings can spin, like windmill/pinwheel and it will create a little gust to protect itself? Yup it is based on windmill, and yup, pinwheel.
Again, thanks for the long critique, and no, I don't think this is an insult or something, I appreciated your opinion that this little bee is too simple :3

Hey, i have nothing against simple designs, they're often the best ones. But what I'm saying is that this is similar to a lot of bees I've seen before, and you have a lot of room to add your own personal flair to it. The best way that I've found to creating a truly unique and memorable pokemon, is to have the idea in mind (ex. bees + pinwheels and windmills) and create the design that fits the idea.
