also you can use Tumblr Savior that can black-list the tag (can get it on google-chrome and firefox)(just google it and you will find it.)
it can hide unwanted post (but it's only works on the dashboard)
you can black-list these tag "nsfw", "otp", "drama", "name of the ship pair"("red Oktoberfest"(heavyxmedic),"medicest"(medicxmedic), "flash fire"(scoutxpyro), "scoutcest"(scoutxscout),"heavycest"(heavyxheavy), "science party"(medicxengineer), "helmet party"(engineerxsoldier), etc. there is so many I can't remember them all. there is one or two who got more than one ship name.), and other tags.

just advoid the fandoms and dramas and you will be fine. but at lest you can share your content there too.
and don't worry you will finde som folks who don't do/have nsfw stuff to follow. (just ask me to find some if you want.)
