Mmmmm.... I knew the word "CatΓ‘rse", which is katharsis in portuguese, and I thought I had read it in some english text. It was just a matter of confirming it.

actually "κάθαΟΟΞ·Ο" its a greek word made from "ΞΊΞ±ΟΞ¬" and "Ξ±Ξ―ΟΟ" that means literally "to lift the weights".. but in the early greek tragodies it meant something similar to the english word redemption

We use katharsis with the same meaning you can find in [link] , as the purging of mental emotions, an apotheotic state where the sould decompresses.
