argh, i really didn't want to end up doing this, since it's so similar to the book...
craaaaap....
oh well. post it anyway.
well, the line strength and the way i did the hair are totally different...recently it seems like more and more mangaka are just using copics or something (even line widths, like a lot of love hina stuff)...it feels dead to me. it's not raw, basically.
the basic concept...
i was thinking of a maakies-type joke thing, where it would be something like:
panel 1
1. "life 'tis naught but a dream...a synaptic wonderland"
panel 2
2. "...am i in the looking glass?"
3. "contrived...how can a doll cry?"
panel 3
4. "Silently..."
basically because of the number of times shinku has been shown with tears...(the rest is a comprehension of Carroll's works)
well, of course i like souseiseki best, anyway...
