Oooh that's a really interesting era! I never thought of Slendy existing back in those days. I just heard about Slender and done some research, and then added a few things for fun and that would be a little different from the traditional Slender Lore.

Oh I see, that is really cool. It sort of has a take of Hellsing with servant relations to the master, but of course Integra and Alucard never shared romantic feelings. But I understand that over protective nature.

MASKING TOOK SO MUCH FUN!
Though will be hard. For I plan to edited not just jacks face..but also his background.
So I think I will make video first..as if was editing with just jack, take out all the background put him in scenes..then render it. Then go out cutting out his face..GOD! SO MUCH WORK..

I love The Last Unicorn. I basically grew up through the 90's and is in college in the arts, I know many different kinds of animations. Except for that Alyonusha. I'm still lurking around the net for different animated films. So that what masking is. Very nice job, I don't really know much about film editing so that's really neat that you have the program to do that.

i did some livestreams for my friends the first one i made rage quit after the 4 attempt xD, sanatorium i got 8 pages and scaped at 2nd attempt and Hospice i got 8 notes but i got caugth while trying to scape and now in Halloween i'll make a livestream with so many scare gamens and such xD

I think the eyes are my favorite. I love that you didn't make them completely white; there's some gray in there. Slenderman's hand right next to her shoulder scares me D: HE'S GONNA GRAB HER

I never really use gray for shading eyes, something about the "black" neutral color makes the surface look "flat", but I didn't want to use purple or blue, and this is the dead of night, in the blackest of forests, with a torch. So I believe gray is the proper color~
I maaaayyy want to go back and polish it up a little...Slendy's head is unfocused, but I got tired. XD; *shot* DAMMIT TILLY RUN! DXX

Oh lord....now I have Slendy singing "What's This?" NOW! XD; Now I wanna make that into a painting! Or a doodle at least! >DD

yeah, I think the gray was appropriate for the atmosphere.

I do agree, his head does look a little blurred, like it was a quick painting, but I did the same thing XD sometimes we just don't wanna make it SUPER detailed!

I tell the truth, it was a quick paint job for Slendy XD;; BUT! At least I'm not the only one who admits this!~ I will go back and rework him, or just simply practice how to paint him. He is just too much fun to draw: over exaggerated limbs and features is just yummy to draw!~

You know what, the more and more I think about it, I will make a doodle of Slendy singing "What's This?" And you know what? In an AU somewhere Slendy was silenced because he has the best singing voice in the world. You think brother Jack has an amazing voice? Slendy could have been the best singer in the Nightmare Universe! XD

I totes agree, that's part of the reason I like to draw him XD I get to mess with anatomy~ YES~ I think quick paint jobs can make him scarier, too, since that means more angles and more hurried strokes of the brush (or the tablet pen). it makes it seem jagged and scary XD

LMAO XD Slenderman lost his face because his voice was too wonderful. Maybe that's what draws children in. XDDDD I CANNOT UNSEE THIS NOW.

See I totally agree with that! I rushed him because I thought letting him be too polished will take so much away from the scary factor. Everything else but the head looks fine by me.

I've always been fascinated in the horror genre, but drawing it is definitely a different story XD I feel like I'm getting better, though! Slenderman always scares me ;____;

that would be hilarious XD idk, Jack doesn't scare me as much as Slenderman does. I think it's the lack of face and the apprehension when he stalks that scares me the most, since my imagination is ridiculously overactive, and it likes to run away with itself all the time.

I have gotten beastly with digital work, but that's because school has drilled it into me hardcore. x3 I'm still practicing with traditional, so we're like complete opposites.

It pisses me off when professors say that's specific style and yet...it really ISN'T. There is a significant difference between the "anime" style and Disney/Western. Get it straight! DX

College rocks, because I can stay up all I want to work on a painting and scaring myself to death with lets plays of games and different shows. I USED to live on the third floor of my dormitory, but now I live on the first floor this year. I don't think I ever get nightmares, though I forgotten what the nightmare was, but I was taking a nap one day and my heart was racing so loudly I woke myself up!

I just love looking up Slenderman art and see what everyone's take on the epic Slendy~
