Terrific! Although heavily detailed in the pinecone area, something tells me the material around them might have been the trickiest past to this whole thing. Excellent work!

you drew it from a picture or real model?
which pencil and paper size did you use?

As for this piece, 70% of it are from the real pinecones, and 30% from the photograph I took of them.
I worked with Tombow 4B pencils only - and erasers too of course ^^
This took 12 hours. Paper size=39.5x53.5cm.

I do use charcoal, but for this piece, I used 4B graphite pencils.
