Very hard , my calves hurt so much after like 8 or 9 hours in it and sitting was uncomfortable too because I had to keep them the same way the entire time I was at my art table. I think when it came to walking I shuffled and occasionally hopped. I know a friend had to carry me on and off stage for the contest cause I couldn't do stairs
