Here's how I think the series should end.
Β the crystal gems join forces with Lars and the Off colors. Homeworld launches an all out attack on earth in Empire City. The Gems take down the fleet. They decide to take the fight to Homeworld. They use one of the Hand Ship things to jump to Homeworld. The Gems start attacking Homeworld and also gather more rebels. Yellow Diamond, who is now "Fed up with all this nonsense!" gets a special suit and decided to battle the four main crystal Gems herself. She fails and gets shattered. Blue and White Diamond consult and decide to make another Diamond, Red Diamond. The Rebellion continues. Red Diamond is created as this powerful leader who lives and breaths for battle. He has a weapon that destroys reality in a direction. The main gems AND main Off colors make it to White Diamond's Throne room. They are greeted with both White AND Red Diamond. They battle it out, and using Red's own weapon, they destroy both Red and White Diamond. They then make it over to Blue's throne room. She has given up on life and asked them to shatter her. Steven tells her to come with them. She goes to earth and they show her the beauties that Rose Quartz saw that Pink Diamond couldn't see. She is happy now. They make peace with earth and repair the galactic warp pads.
