I love the angle that the picture is shot at and I love the blue hue and ... I can't think of what its called. Erm....
High contrast that is used on the picture? You might not have used high contrast but the hair, especially the part towards the bottom, looks like it was taken or manipulated to have a high contrast look.
I think it really adds to the picture.
