"I'm tired, it's cold, and my 'rendez-vous' isn't coming..." Francis bowed his head. It's not the first time someone dumped him that way, but this time, his heart was hurting and his eyes stung."I have a headache" he said, raising his hand to hide his tears.

France turned arround, his red eyes meeting yours.
"Wh-..."
He looked at the blanket that was offered to him and smiled bitterly.
"Thank you very much... I'm sorry to bother you. I am pathetic, am I not?"

She shakes her head.
"Nein, heartbroken maybe but not pathetic. People fall in and out of love. It's the unfortunate nature of the heart." She smiles at him.

France smiles to her and close the blanket around his frail silhouette.
"I had a rendez-vous with a girl and we were supposed to eat at that little restaurant... I suppose I should call them to tell them I will not come... I you don't want to eat with me as a thank you for the blanket and the kind words..."
France smile and his eyes shine with hope.

"I would be utterly delighted to join you for a meal, Herr Francis." She says, smiling sweetly. " After all, it would be a shame to pass up a good French meal." She offers her hand to him.

Francis blush and fidget a little. "Ahh speaking of which.... She wasn't really fond of French gastronomy and she preferred Italian food, so I reserved in an Italian restaurant a friend advised me..."
He looked dejected at the mention of 'her' not liking his food, and his gaze was avoiding hers.
"You can still retract you offer if it bother you..."
His lips stretched, forming a little smile.

" I enjoy Italian food too. Herr Italien taught me how to make pasta. Please, let me lighten your mood."
