Oh I liked Loki the first time I saw him XD (and Thor of course, too)And I think that the myth says he actually had a baby with a horse is hilarious.

I'm a follower of Loki, and I don't find it creepy in the least, since Loki is a shapeshifter. He changed into a mare to distract a stallion to slow down a dwarf from building the wall around Asgard before a deadline. He did this so the gods wouldn't have to give Freyja's hand in marriage to this dwarf.
Yeah, he gave birth to Sleipnir, but if He hadn't, Odin wouldn't have his great horse.
And as I'm sure we all know, Sleipnir is AWESOME.

I read his story and was first a little bit surprised about this xD - But yeah he is a shapeshifter and it´s actually pretty awesome, isn´t it? 
I actually like that he can do this - even if the whole horse-part is unusual 
I didn´t know that he did this to slow down a dwarf. That´s pretty interesting

Yeah. It's a cool story. The dwarf built the wall around Asgard with his horse that could carry bricks. But his price was Freyja. Loki had to slow him down before the deadline, because if the dwarf finished BEFORE the deadline, he won.

In fact, the 8-legged horse from the Thor movie (I believe Odin rode in on it at some point) is the same 8-legged horse that the myth says he birthed. Kinda... creepy.

I noticed it. When Odin came to get them both from their assault on the Jotun lands, he was riding Sleipnir and all I could think of was "Wait, in the Marvel version is Loki still Sleipnir's mother?"

I watched that cartoon "Thor" from Marvel a few days ago and Loki is like... a teenager there. And Odin already had Sleipnir, too. I guess Marvel just ignored the fact or Loki is a teenage-mother in the marvel-version.

Well, they live like, hundreds of years, I think he might've had some time somewhere in there to give birth to the horse... then again it is Marvel and they probably just pretend the horse was there already.
