I LOVE the cape and all the colours, but his hair and the HUMONGROUS gem on his cane bother me a little.
I imagined that he'd have a blue or black straight hair, but I guess this is okay, coz this is a DIFFERENT Count Bleck afterall.

I did the darkest part of the lines myself, then I used a pattern over it, erasing the excess off.
