Description I only did half of this one - I made and attached the skirt and then decorated it. This was for Cabaret two summers ago (God, I love that musical, and you can't say you have if you haven't seen it live, because the Liza Minelli one doesn't do it justice) for a party scene for an extra. Also at the local theater.
