This is my new OC Ezbele. She's a thief who moonlights as a spy for nobility in the seaside city she lives in, and also moonlights as a treasure hunter, diving down to shipwrecks and wherever privateers dump their unwanted goods and dredging up whatever she can on just one lungful of air. She pursued a gilded sword she saw one pirate carelessly drop into the sea, and in trying to retrieve it to sell for food, she accidentally got caught in the kelp.
