Just some quick-and-messy concept stuff for dragon!Pepper that I decided to upload. I'm working on her design, and Hulk's - not sure which I'll finish first. I've actually got the sketch finished for the baby!Fury one, which'll likely only take a couple hours to color at this point, so I may just get that one done next.I've been debating color choices for Pepper, so I wanted to experiment a bit. At this point I'm leaning toward the blue. Green winds up looking too much like an Orion dragon. XD I'm still indecisive on how well the blue captures her, but... I'm not sure what color scheme would me more distinctively her.
Thoughts would be welcome!

Maybe you could do something like her as Rescue- although she may resemble Iron Dragon... I love the blue- just like the dress from the first film. ^-^

Yeah, it's a cool thought, but that's the main thing - I want her to be really Pepper, not too easily confused with one of the other designs. 'Cause she's awesome. ^^
The dress in the first film was just what I had in mind with the blue! Of course, a darker one would be a closer match, but... I thought it'd look too much like Coulson, so I tried something more vibrant.

That's just what I had in mind! ^^ I tried out a darker blue, which would be a closer match, but 1. I wanted something a little more vibrant and 2. I think the dark blue would look much too close to Coulson's colors.

When I think of her, I think of yellow, for some reason. Something kind of sunny. I think it would go well with the red hair too.

I'm going to have to try experimenting with yellow - either as the main body color, or an accent color. My main concern with it's been that there won't be enough contrast, if all the colors for her come from a narrow range of warm shades.

I like the blue much more than the green too. She's hard to pick a color for, but I think I would've gone for a blue color scheme as well. ^^

It's a lot more challenging to choose good colors for ones that don't have a such distinctive look, like superhero costumes. *g* I was considering trying something based more on her business outfits, but I was concerned it might look too much like either Natasha or Coulson's coloring, and so wouldn't be very distinctive.
