Love the use of aristocratic imagery, and especially the clean cut look of the model compared with the rather sloppy manner in which she is eating. I also like the Sauce stains on the plate (rather than blood, as most would do), as it reminds us that to her, it's just another meal.
As has already been said, the gray blandness of the photo as a whole really offsets the surrealism of it all.
