This is dedicated to who is 19 today, Happy Birthday Jessica - I hope it was a wonderful day hon. It is also dedicated to my friend who celebrates her birthday on October 3. Happy Birthday my darling, I hope it is the best one yet!

was inspired by the theme of this artwork and wrote this

Her step was like the finest turn on toe
Of the most celebrated prima ballerina that
The stage would ever know, it called, no it
demanded the turn of your eye to rest upon her form
As she would sway, then fly into perfect leaping
To be caught by her partner in unpracticed but
Soul acquired syncopation, unmatched by any to come
nor any gone before.
She was beauty in her face, not in the way that her features
were arranged but in the way that the music caused through
Her eyes her soul to show, and in its revealing one could
see that it was shimmering, violins would pick up the glistening
in the way their masters drew across them their bows.
Dare ye to look upon her, as in the softest of gossamer magenta
gown she wooed you to enchantment's highest peak above the cloud's
wisps, ye might see ever so faintly the outline of the wings
that lent to her the ability to fly to heights magnificent, oh
how this gifted, charmed toe prancer stood alone.
Her performance would be concluded, and the concert hall's
lights deluded to the most minimal they could endure, out the
back alley door she would slide, and into the shadows blend
and hide, till at last her trek would take her to the meadows of
her home.
Into them she would scamper, with her feet clad now in the mosses
of the floor of the meadow only where the music became a gift from her
friends that on shadowed wing would take flight towards the moonbeams
that echoed back their special serenading as those slight glimpsed
wings of a stage watcher's imagining became present in all their
luminescent glow.
And long hair of ebony would fall, held back from a face of other worldly
glory, by ears slightly into a tip of a point peaked , oh
magic had become the maestro and she the singer of his creations
as together they would reality melt away, leaving all but magic to be existing
as her dance brought down the barriers between fueding nations and their
ideas, her voice in softness would ring out, shattering all the rest of
the discriminations leaving only now her Nightsong of Peace, carried on
the shoulders of her Knight of Peace, to the the wind of the waters that round the
world travelled so.
What could be more powerful than that of such a dancer breaking down the
walls of ages of hate through steps of beauty as she danced for her Knight,
His banner of A Dove on the Wing, on his lance now it is gloriously seen,
As a power wrought by a magic maestro of creating the imaging
of gifting through their mutual hearts passion that peace to
Reign in all the world.
From stage of mortal limitations, to the realm of angelic miracle makings,
in a purity of intentions that from joined hearts being only this one mutual longing,
that with her Knight of Peace, proud Carrier of the Dove on the Wing,
Conquering a world where all soon shall sing out the words of
The only true and right way of things, the words of the Peace of the Lord and Lady of the Nightsongs.
