The mask creates pain and makes scars deeper. Hiding behind the pretty mask makes a person ugly, not their true self.

I feel like I can relate a bit. I'm someone who finds myself to be adept at masks. After awhile it becomes almost terrifying of letting people know what's behind it. The sad thing is... it works too well. People like seeing what they want to see. Just know that besides all that there are people that can accept you without it.
Like the red string of fate. One person is tied to you. The REAL you.
I'll be rooting for you.

But what if you can't tell the difference? Between the mask.......and who you are. What if you convinced yourself, that that plastic thing is reallity. And the edges are blurred, and you can't tell anymore.
Who am I?

Just be someone you can love and others will love you, too.

It's the mask that makes it feel terrible because it weighs down on who you really are... I wish you well... I hope you know there are those who believe in you, regardless of what you think of the mask and your true face.
