RULES
1) At Least 30 participants or over to keep contest active
2) Start 7/1/2019 and End Extended
3) Has to be NEW artwork, either PhotoManipulation or Drawing.
4) When contest ends, people on DA will vote their first place, 2nd place, 3rd place, and one honorable mention
5) No DA watermarks, can use your own, but make sure that we can see your artwork with no interuptions
6) Cannot vote for yourself, but can vote for others in the contest
7) Must make artwork look like a comic cover (this contest is only for fun), be creative!
8) Character can be a fairy, elf, Merm
