I like the shot a lot with her on the bridge, but, like has already been said, there's too little contrast between her and the sky and that makes the image feel kind of gray and murky.

I agree with mpanksta. You should have created more contrast between the her and the background.

Hey, thanks for the comment. I absolutely agree with the idea that there should be more contrast between her and the sky. As a result, I've reprinted it on matte fiber paper. This caused the sky to get much brighter and the shot looks much better overall. I will post that as soon as I find a scanner to accomodate the larger size of the print (11X14).

no---i think this is a nice shot, with her on the bridge or balcony and i like the silhouette, i think it would be better if there was more of a contrast between the sky and her and the bridge, they kind of all mesh together, so i think if it was brighter outside, the silhouette would stand out more.

I like it. I really like the way the branches kind of frame the main image a bit off kilter, adds something to it in my opinion (though I'm hardly an expert in photography).

Anyhoo, me likes.

I like the silhouette here. It's a pretty good quality scan also. Just some advice, if you make the large view a little bit smaller, it will show even less of the imperfections and will fit on the screen w/out scrolling. It is a very nice image though .
