My suggestion would be to contact the artist you based this off of for permission or at least credit whose art you used for reference to avoid any trouble down the line. Not trying to be rude, but this sketch is very obviously referenced from this: [link]

There's not an issue with using existing art as a reference; that's how you come up with your own style. But this is very close to being considered copying/stealing if you're not careful. Just lookin' out for you! Keep drawing, I can tell you have some sweet talent! Have a good day.
