man I would love to make something like that for my room, with a real old faucet that really has been used as a faucet... and imagine having the handle serve as a dimmer, somehow. maybe it wasn't your original intention but I think that's a great design idea...

I mean just having a lightbulb coming out of the thing just like your picture, and the wire can run through the faucet into the wall and then yea, the handle could serve to set the light intensity, but that part would be more like someone would have to actually make something that just looks like a faucet, not use a real faucet, whereas a real faucet and an old one at that would have this whole very artistic kind of feel to it, if you were to make one yourself.

Beautifully done. energy is such an issue, and it's true that we should be using reusable resources like water and sun power to do things. fossil fuels won't last forever.
