In zero G,if you don't try to throw water from bucket and move carefully,it will stay as it have been.

I must know I have tried out zero gravity in gravitation research center of Bamberg(-->Should once again say a school trips are boring) according to my Experience with tea and my thermos I say that wouldn't happen,as soon as I opened my thermos the tea came outside,without I really had moved it...
