That's kinda one of those hand symbols that originally meant "victory" I believe, and now means "peace", kinda funny how those things change over time.
Great work on the costume lines and detail as per usual, the colors and shading look great here, the background though somewhat minimalist sets the scene nicely, great job also on all the little lines for the ears, neck, hair, etc.

I associate this symbol with Winston Churchill's one and only rarely think of peace sign

Indeed, though in America because of how well known the hippies are from the 1960's almost every associates it with the "peace" sign and most people here aren't even aware of it's previous meaning.
Complicated poses would definitely add a lot, though I'll admit even I still post stuff with the "standing around" look when I'm introducing a new character or design to my gallery, it's tough to do, and some people are happy with it if you just keep uploading.
Anyway, keep up the great work Illusir.
