I like the details of the character, the use of solids to block in shadows, and the fact that they are facing away from us. The use of blue gives it an overall dark mood, as if something happened to the dog, and that's why the person is walking away from the viewer with the dog in his arms.

I like the sketchiness of this. Even though it's simple, you can feel the connection between the person and the dog. The posing of both feels very natural and realistic. Nice work!
