My first RWBY drawing since the RWBYAC, and it's a character I haven't yet drawn- mostly because I thought her parasol's lace design was going to be way too complicated. Turns out it's pretty reasonable to draw as long as the umbrella is either completely open or completely shut and from a perspective that's not too extreme. I've been wanting to draw Neo ever since I saw cosplay her, but haven't until now. I'm glad I did.This is a birthday gift for , the head honcho over at which pretty much makes her head of the RWBY community here on dA. Send her well-wishes for her birthday!

I like chocolate, green tea, and mango a lot, but I guess it depends on the type of ice cream. I don't take too many dairy products, so I eat soy and coconut milk ice cream mostly now (though even that's rare). When I was younger I remember drinking Neapolitan ice cream floats in the summertime- it's very nostalgic! So I have a soft spot for Neo, haha. What about you?
