firstly, thank you!! to your question i use paint tool SAI. i mostly use the chalk brush for colouring, which i downloaded atΒ cghub.com/scripts/view/139/ . it doesn't come with sai unfortunately. depending on what you are colouring exactly you might find that other brushes and textures look better for what you're trying to render though so you should try to use different ones to see which ones work best too
