Don't know if you guys remember who this is but this is Maria Blackwood, one of my characters in my novel: TasteIts a novel about vampires of course, I haven't updated chapters in awhile but I have been writing so hopefully once school ends I will upload more chapters since I have more time to

Your coloring has improved though you have made little progress on anatomy and facial planes and arguably, your previous cast shadow made the image more dramatic. A lot of the shadows imply folds which exist in areas which do not exist, such as the crescent shaped shadow on the hood.
You might want to look more at folds, drapery and do some real life face studies, before reverse engineering it into the anime style.
