Primarina was a beast of a starter, mainly due to its strong combination of Water and Fairy. I did reset a few times to get a Female Popplio and it was due to the nickname i was going for her: Ariel
and before u ask her moveset was: Moonblast, Sparkling Aria (so i can use her Z-move which is a pokemon spirit bomb), Ice Beam (water type standard) and Psychic to deal with any pesky poison types
