i know, but the idea of spike is dead. raph didn't really realize that spike was like that. and spike-- well, now slash-- "never liked the name spike" anyways.
this isn't a representation of death. it's representation of somethingΒ that's broken.

i mean, when spike saw that mutagen in raph's room, he looked like he REALLY wanted to mutate, the way he moved towards it... and i dunno if the turtles would do that sort of thing, forcing him to go back the way he was. well,Β maybe for safety reasons. but still, it wouldn't be exactly the same since that sort of thing happened, y'know? : (
like i said, once something happens, it can't be taken back, the idea of it is broken. spike's more violent and vengeful than raph realized, even calling him "pure evil" at one point. and not to mention, raph may even be blaming himself for how he is, due to him ranting to spike all the time about how being strong is the solution to everything and how he talks about bad things that happened to him with his brothers. he wouldn't want to talk to spike about anything, in case that sort of thing happened again.

but spike still wanted to mutate, or so it seemed. and that was before the whole mutation thing. .u.Β and though it probably... enhanced his views on some things, the turtles might be a little iffy on turning him back IF he does not want to turn back, and that's if donnie finds a way to un-mutate... de-mutate? lol. xD
