Okay. So. I dual-boot Windows 7 and Ubuntu Linux.
And I figured, "Well, Angel representing my entire computer doesn't make sense, because my computer is split in two. So Angel might just be the Linux side." Which means I needed a Windows side. And here, we have her.
Re:Angel, or Re:A. ("REE-yuh")
I figured that, since they're still connected, it makes more sense that they're split personalities, rather than two separate people. As such, I wanted her appearance to resemble Angel's, but not be too similar.
On a related note, for those of you that know/remember Angel, the outfit is a little simpler than it used to be, mostly in regards to the wrist and ankles (to which Re:A shares).
The wings were fun. (Are they really wings? They look like capes or cloaks, but I'll call them wings, anyway.) I like working with shiny, see-through stuff, even though it normally ends up being a bit confusing, especially in a case like this.
Now for the flaws~
Not many actually. The only thing really nagging at me is whether their torsos are too lengthy, or their legs are too short. Not sure which. Maybe both. But all in all, I'm really happy with this picture.

Hey! I Dual-boot win 7, and ubuntu too. Ok that aside I love the colors and glow effects. All the proportions look great. Amazing job. Keep up the awesome work!

hehe, this takes me way back to my OS-tan drawing days. ^___^
Character design (and unique wings) are very cool, so is the neon-like effect (although can definitely help you make the neon glow even more splendorous).
Faces are nice, torsos and legs seem like a good size. If there's any real issue, it's probably in that right hand where the fingers are a bit too thick (almost like like claws). Other than that, we're gravy. ^__^b

I'm glad you don't see the problems I do, makes me feel better about them, and reinforces the fact that I shouldn't worry. ^^

Always remember that neon lights have three parts to them:
- Outer haze
- Colour glow
- Inner brilliance.
See if you can spot these elements here:

So you have all the pieces in place, just need that ever-important Inner Brilliance portion, which is almost always some variation of white, although can be muted depending on the type of glass used. ^^

I've kinda used all of those factors, actually, except they all lack the extremity they would typically have (at least, as seen in that link you gave me). So, I'll see what I can do to give the inner brilliance a more profound appearance. ^^
