Oh! I beg my pardon, I should have guessed by myself! The beginning of conversation was in so far-away past, that I almost forgotten it!
That is a small part of one scene from the anime movie "Hellsing". The scene is when Alucard (main character) dissolved in a dark purple cloud with many eyes and smiles.
Social psychologists (like Dale Carnegie) always saying: "Smile to people, and people will like you!" so... my Avatar is the way I follow their advise!

Oh! How can I forget the pretty eating (or may be speaking) head! Now, when you know which cutie is on my avatar, I want to know which is on yours!
I do not know what is that means "that kind of way" I just follow advises in the way I understand them.
But Alucard is not of that kind that follow any advices!
They say: do not eat at work place, and do not mix job and personal relations. Hi did everythin in the same time, gently sucking the blood of his subordinate girl right in the process of doing his job! Sometimes I really want to be such a multi-task person!

Because I have two shortcomings in comparison with Alucard:
1) He improved the work-process by sucking blood - made the girl immortal, obedient and more effective. I guess in my case the positive effect will be less impressive.
2) I do not have subordinate girl
