its an armor worn by Norman Osborn (Greengoblin).. he's leading a New group of Avengers with Venom posing as Spiderman, Bullseye posing as Hawkeye, Nohvarr as Cap Marvel, Daken as Wolverine and others.

Oh, He's supposed to be kinda Ironman and Captain America.
