lol no worries, nowadays I've gained so much weight that I need to focus on healthy food once again, and start jogging, lately been hectic here as well

haven't been cooking any of them lately, had some over load at work, resulting in me staying up latem, and when the munchoes hit you at midnight you don't have time for stir fry veggies, My drawers full of Take-Away Menus became my best friend, but I started my diet and exercising since yesterday and I have new motives this time

lol it'll sound so superficial, but lately I have been out of shape due to no time for exercising, my main motive was attending the recent Mr. Egypt event and seeing the contestants, mostly had good bodies, but weren't that good looking, so my friends were prepping me to join next year, so I might just do that, even if I don't win at all, it's enough to accomplish such a thing and control your body to that result

that is what the picture looks like. Like the branches on the tree are woven into a dream catcher. So I thought that is what it was until I looked at your description more. But it is a brilliant idea isn't it? I think I will do that on one of my trees
