I generally use this for most things, lining, painting, sketching etc. 
When I want a paper sketch look i just slide the paper texture up.

Sometimes I use marker for colouring, and in this picture where there is slightly more detailed shading (star and goggles) I did use marker. 
(I use square brushes)

Oh noo.. I was looking for the link for you but It's gone now ):

I just usually google "paint tool sai full free deviantart"

And look at the journal entries that have a link since it feels safe + check favs and comments etc
