This is beautiful...the detail in every aspect of the scenery and their outfits...the inclusion of a single quite detailed rock on the ground that adds almost nothing to the scene but must still have taken quite a lot of time to paint regardless...bravo!

The background(s) intrigue me. You're expressing some sort of colour scheme there? Or am I reading too much into it?
Quirky detail 1# - that single rock. That's just weird. Who would leave a rock right there? Health & safety issue!!
Quirky detail 2# - the gate behind the left-side girl is INDUSTRIAL STEEL! wtf?
Quirky detail 3# - there is a logo on the umbrella. Damn - I just cannot make it out. FRUSTRATING! Also a logo or graphic noticeable on the adjacent wall.Β
Quirky detail 4# - rolled up newspaper at extreme right with partially visible headline. Almost Japanese but not quite. Pure coincidence, or am I missing the reference?
Love the kimono, very 'fusion', all colours referencing her eyes. Nice!
