Umm, don't werewolves only eat Humans? I mean, I saw a TF by "TheFullMoonMaster," which is basically a Non cannon Harry Potter fanfiction thingie... Where Luna becomes a Werewolf, and Hermione a Thestral. (Keep in mind this is Non-Canon) Basically, after Luna becomes a Werewolf, She attempts to kill Hermione, and after Hermione gets hit by a Transmuto spell, she thinks she is now safe. However, after a painful tf, she becomes a Thestral. Oh, and the Harry Potter wiki says a Werewolf only attacks Humans and nothing else. But, well, this theory of mine might be a bit of, well... Shite. But, well, it's just a theory, which doesn't mean it is true or false, OK, Ichiko?

I didn't realize that at first. I thought they could choose their forms, because in the fourth book Victor Krum turned into a shark for the second challenge and that made me believe that they could choose their forms ._.

Point. I suppose Remus always made sure he was a very well feed wolf *before* transforming, and the antlers might be useful against other things than just rival stags. That and wolves hunt in packs so going up something as big as that without help might not have seemed like such a good idea.

I found it odd that James's animal form was a deer... like... "Aaaalright... a deer... but wasn't there any other animal? An owl would be cutely awesome... or maybe a crow..." but I've never imagined something like this xDDD I just found the fact really odd as if a deer wasn't really matching the group, but now I got the point of where it was odd xDDDD
